1) Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
- Cancellation may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to vendors/merchants and shipping has started.
- For urgent cancellation, contact us immediately at support@raikacollection.com or WhatsApp.
2) Return / Replacement
- Raika Collection does not accept cancellation/return requests for perishable items (if any) like flowers, eatables, etc.
- Replacement/return may be considered if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact (where applicable).
3) Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it to Customer Support within 7 days of delivery.
- Request will be processed after verification by our team/merchant.
- Please share clear photos/videos of the issue for faster resolution.
4) Product Not as Expected
- If the product received is not as shown on the site or as per expectations, inform our Customer Support within 7 days of receiving it.
- After reviewing the complaint, our team will take an appropriate decision.
5) Warranty (If Applicable)
- For products with manufacturer warranty, please refer the issue to the manufacturer directly.
How to Raise a Request
- Email us at support@raikacollection.com with your Order ID.
- Attach photos/videos (if damaged/defective or mismatch).
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
Refund Processing
If any refund is approved by Raika Collection, it may take 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed to the customer’s original payment method.
Note: Bank/UPI processing timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
