1) Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation (or order confirmation if COD is enabled).
  • Dispatch timeline: 0–2 business days (excluding Sundays/public holidays).
  • During sales/festive seasons, dispatch may take slightly longer due to high order volume.

2) Delivery Timeline (India)

  • Metro / Major Cities: 2–5 business days (approx.)
  • Other Cities / Towns: 3–7 business days (approx.)
  • Remote Areas: up to 7–10 business days (approx.)

3) Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping may be available on selected products/orders as per ongoing offers.

4) Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you may receive tracking details via email/SMS (if enabled).
  • You can also track your order using our Track Order page.
  • If tracking is not updated for 24–48 hours, please contact support.

5) Delivery Address & Attempts

  • Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pincode are correct at checkout.
  • Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If undelivered, the shipment may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping (if applicable) may involve additional charges.

6) Delays & Exceptions

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or unforeseen situations.
  • We guarantee to hand over the shipment to the courier partner within the dispatch timeline, subject to order confirmation.

7) Damaged / Missing Package

  • If you receive a damaged package, please take clear photos/video (if possible) and contact us immediately.
  • For missing items, please report within 48 hours of delivery for quick resolution.
